What is a Sigenergy system?
It's an all-in-one home energy platform that combines a hybrid inverter, modular battery, optional EV DC charging and an energy gateway in one stackable unit, all managed through the Sigenergy app.
Do I need solar panels to have one?
No. We fit a Sigenergy system alongside new solar, retrofit it to panels you already have, or install it on its own to store cheap off-peak electricity. Battery-only installs still qualify for 0% VAT until March 2027.
Can it charge my electric car?
Yes, Sigenergy provides both 7kW AC and 12kW DC charging options. Operating as one integrated system ensures maximum savings by mixing surplus solar with off-peak grid charging. We confirm the exact configuration options at your free survey.
Will it keep my home running in a power cut?
Sigenergy systems offer backup and blackout support. The Sigenergy gateway also supports third-party solar, air source heat pumps and generators via the smart port. We can confirm the exact backup setup for your home at survey.
Do you install Sigenergy in my area?
We're an independent, gold-accredited installer of Sigenergy systems. We're based in St Helens and cover the North West, including Warrington, Wirral, Liverpool, Manchester and Chester.
What warranty do I get?
Sigenergy systems come with a manufacturer warranty of 10 years (with an option to increase this to 15 years), and our local team handles any aftercare directly.
