What type of information we have

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Photographic identification of installations.

How we get the information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To submit an enquiry for business services.
  • To fulfil our duties and obligations as an employer.
  • To assess eligibility for government grant funding initiatives.

How we store your information

Your information is securely stored within a company G-suite database which is administered via e-verve energy:

  • We keep customer contact details and evidence of grant authorised installations for 3 years.
  • We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting your details from the database.
