ECO3 Central Heating Grants

ECO3 Central Heating Grants or First Time Central Heating Grants (FTCH) are currently available as part of the Energy Company Obligation Scheme and cover up to 100% of the cost of installing FTCH. The ECO3 scheme has been introduced by the UK Government in an attempt to reduce carbon emmissions and fuel poverty.

If you have never had a gas central heating system then you are likely to be eligiable for ECO3 Central Heating Grants. We can provide and fit a new boiler in your home and radiators in each habitable room with wireless heating controls saving you up to £3,500.

A full list of exisiting heating types which qualify for ECO3 Grant funding are as follows:

  • Electric room heaters including fan heaters and inefficient storage heaters
  • Gas room heaters including fixed mains gas heaters
  • Solid fossil fuel room heaters

A member of the household must also be in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits below.

To be eligible you must have:
• no previous gas central heating
• Own/rent your home
• A Qualifying Benefit

If someone living in your home is in receipt of one of the following qualifying benefits you own/rent your home and have never had gas central heating at the property, you will qualify to apply for ECO3 Central Heating grants:
